Medical Simulator Devices - Sales Representative - EAST Romania

Location(s): Bucharest and/or Iasi, Romania, or another major city in East Romania

Salary Range: 5,000 Ron gross – 10,000 Ron gross per month (Depending on candidate seniority and talent). Irrespective of the role level, the client will train the Sales Representative on their unique and new products.

Travel Availability: Minimum 50% travel required in East Romania.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for medical simulator devices.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, including hospitals, medical schools, and training centers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our medical simulator devices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and participate in industry events to increase brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in medical simulation technology.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of medical simulation technology and its applications in healthcare education and training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of our products to potential clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
  • Valid driver's license.
