Antal International is currently recruiting for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Representative for our client, a reputable company specializing in the import and distribution of high-quality deep-frozen breads, pastries, desserts, and amuse-bouche, with a focus on the B2B sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the country business development for IKA and Export, contributing to the expansion of the business nationally and regionally, with a particular emphasis on markets such as Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Hungary, and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Business Expansion:
- Demonstrate a history of successful business expansion in both local and international markets.
Acquisition:
- Showcase expertise in acquiring new clients, particularly in the IKA/KA sector.
- Identify and secure distributors in neighboring markets.
International Presence:
- Willingly represent the company at prestigious international or regional trade fairs (e.g., Anuga, Food Expo GR, Sigep).
Business Development:
- As a self-driven business developer, contribute significantly to sales within the first six months of employment.
- Leadership experience is not mandatory but lead by example and achieve tangible results.
Industry Knowledge:
- Understand and address the unique challenges of selling non-branded products in the food and beverage industry.
Travel:
- Must be available for international travel.
Energetic Profile:
- Dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven desire for professional growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving results.
- 4-5 years of experience in the food & beverage industry or related fields (agribusiness, seeds, and chemicals, etc.).
- Pioneer native profile capable of being a 100% direct and solo contributor.
- Highly mobile with a willingness to travel.
- Eager to grow and prove oneself, open to making 60-70% of income from bonuses initially.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
What the company offers:
- Basic salary of ~ 1400 - 1800 EUR gross (rest is variable) plus additional benefits (company car, fuel, allowances).
