Manager FP&A

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and longterm strategic planning.

• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management, board of directors, and stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, including revenue projections, expense analysis, and capital expenditure planning.

• Conduct financial analysis on business initiatives, investment opportunities, and costsaving initiatives to support decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information, validate assumptions, and drive alignment on financial targets.

• Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and other business transactions. • Support the development of key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor business performance and drive accountability.

• Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

• Stay informed about industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.

Required Skills:

• Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis • Strong proficiency in preparing Cash Flows, Balance Sheets or financial plans & Management MIS. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. • Familiarity with financial reporting requirements. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentialit
