Qualifications:
- Any medical degree or certification is acceptable (MBBS, BUMS, BDS, etc.).
- Minimum of 8+ years of overall experience, preferably in hospital empanelment or related fields.
- Extensive networks and connections within the healthcare industry, particularly with hospitals.
- Pan India geographical knowledge and networks.
- Experience in direct negotiations and pricing.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but candidates from other industries with empanelment experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead the empanelment process of hospitals onto our platform.
- Utilize networks and connections to establish partnerships with hospitals across India.
- Conduct direct negotiations with hospitals, ensuring favourable terms and pricing agreements.
- Oversee a team dedicated to empanelment activities.
