Primary Responsibilities:

Direct Sales and Customer Engagement:

• Establish and maintain direct contact with hospitals and clinics in Romania.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions and high-quality support to meet their needs effectively.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Continuously monitor the market and competitors' activities to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
• Utilize insights to contribute to the development and implementation of sales and promotion strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the product management and marketing team to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
• Provide valuable input to product development based on market feedback and customer requirements.

Requirements:

Sales Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in sales within the medical field, with a focus on single-use surgical products, sets, and fields.

Client Portfolio:

• Extensive portfolio of clients from medical institutions in Romania, particularly with sets and surgical fields.

Market Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of the local market for medical devices and consumables, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Goal-Oriented Approach:

• Proven track record of achieving established sales objectives and targets.

Mobility:

• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Romania as needed.

Language Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
