Sales Representative - Disposable Surgical Products

Role:

We are looking for 1-2 dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join sales team in Romania. The main responsibility will be promoting and selling the portfolio of disposable surgical sets and fields, consolidating the presence and growth of our client in the local market.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities by directly approaching hospitals and clinics in Romania.
• Consolidating and expanding relationships with existing customers by providing personalized solutions and high-quality support.
• Continuously monitoring the market and competitors' activities to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
• Working closely with the product management and marketing team to implement sales and promotional strategies.
• Participating in conferences, seminars, and other industry events to represent the company.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in medical sales, ideally in a similar role, with a focus on disposable surgical products.
• A deep understanding of the local medical device market and an extensive network of contacts within medical institutions in Romania.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong orientation towards achieving objectives.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Romania.
• Advanced level of English.
