Our client who is World’s number one owner and lessor of reusable offshore DNV certified containers with a diverse fleet of 75,000+ cargo carrying units, enabling the safe transportation of essential cargo to and from offshore energy installations is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead
their efforts in establishing and expanding the business in India and Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis Business Strategy Development New Business Development Sales and Revenue Growth Financial Management Risk Management Reporting and AnalysisQualifications and Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry
Proven experience in business development and sales, especially in the Indian and Bangladesh market.
Strong understanding of the Indian and Bangladesh business landscape, culture, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Adaptability and willingness to take calculated risks.
Experience in launching new businesses or business units is a plus.
