- Experience of Aluminium and Zinc alloys pressure diecasting & Gravity casting.
- Experience in secondary process undertaken on Al. / Zinc castings VIZ machining, painting, plating, chromatin, anodising etc.
- Experience of product zero based costing.
- Experience of new development in Al. and Zinc alloys.
- Vendor selection and assessment.
- Should have worked in ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 environment.
- Good understanding of Engineering drawings & standards , machining process ,GD&T, APQP , SAP and commercial aspect of process costing of products .
- Good computer knowledge.
Responsibility: Suitable candidate will be required to new products feasibility studies, quotes preparation, New product development , engineering changes.
