Assistant Manager- Finance

Assistant Manager - Finance We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager in Finance to join our team. With 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. You will play a key role in assisting the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial health of the organization.


Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Monitor and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

3. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide insights for decision-making.

4. Support in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to help the company make informed financial decisions.

6. Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement or concern.

7. Help in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

8. Assist in audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact the organization.


Skills:

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

2. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel for financial analysis and modeling.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

5. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

7. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

8. Team player with a collaborative and proactive attitude.

9. Problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.

10. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required. Additional certifications such as CA or CFA are a plus.
