Il candidato, in accordo e sotto la supervisione del F&B Manager si occuperà di:
- Curare la gestione della cantina (inventari, magazzino, acquisti)
- Programmare e creare la carta dei vini in collaborazione con F&B Manager
- Gestire gli acquisti nel rispetto dei budget forniti e delle procedure interne degli acquisti
- Partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
- Registrare gli addebiti dei prodotti venduti
- Supportare le esigenze degli ospiti incontrando i loro gusti e ottimizzando la vendita
- Supportare la gestione della cantina del Resort
- Effettuare verifiche su andamenti vendite e obiettivi in collaborazione con F&B Manager
Requisiti:
- Formazione alberghiera
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua
- Una buona conoscenza dei vini
- Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti stellati, R&C e/o hotel 4/5*
- Completano il profilo capacità comunicative e gestionali, orientamento al cliente e team working
- Certificazioni HACCP e PREVENZIONE INCENDI
