FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
THE COMPANY:
Il resort fa parte di un Gruppo Alberghiero Italiano rinomato nel settore dell'hotellerie di lusso.
THE ROLE:
Rispondendo direttamente al General Manager, il/la Front Office Manager si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
• Gestisce le attività del ricevimento, assicurando la corretta pianificazione e il migliore svolgimento delle attività relative all’accoglienza e gestione dell’ospite.
• Persegue e garantisce la massima soddisfazione degli ospiti
• Garantisce il rispetto di tutte le politiche, procedure e standard del ricevimento e assicura la correttezza di tutti gli adempimenti amministrativi, normativi e fiscali, di cassa e relativi alla privacy.
• Supervisiona e coordina il team del ricevimento, pianificando le loro attività, definendo i turni di lavoro e verificando la corretta applicazione delle procedure aziendali.
THE PEOPLE:
• Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager, preferibilmente in strutture alberghiere 5*/5*L
• Forte orientamento all’ospite e ottime attitudini relazionali
• Spiccate doti di leadership e team work
• Ottime capacità organizzative e gestionali
• Sensibilità e attenzione al rispetto degli standard
• Capacità di problem solving
