We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager to expand their presence in the market and drive revenue growth.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to increase market share and brand awareness of our healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in sales within the healthcare products industry, with a strong network of contacts in hospitals, healthcare centers, and fitness centers. They will also be adept at managing and adding channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify new market opportunities and stay updated with industry trends to ensure competitiveness.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage existing network and establish new relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, healthcare centers, and fitness centers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate business growth.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to expand distribution networks.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans and promotional activities.
- Enhance brand visibility and recognition through strategic marketing and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and business development within the healthcare products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Extensive network of contacts in hospitals, healthcare centers, and fitness centers.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare products market, including personal weighing scales, body composition analyzers, and fitness equipment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
