Job Description:

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals. 

Team Leadership: 

Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. 

Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team members to enhance their skills and maximize their potential. 

Ownership of Sales Targets: 

Take full ownership of overall sales numbers, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales quotas. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. 

Market Research and Analysis: 

Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. 

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. 

Client Relationship Management: 

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 

Work closely with the sales team to nurture existing client accounts and secure repeat business. 

Sales Presentations and Proposals: 

Oversee the preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals. 

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that effectively showcase the company's products. 

Performance Reporting: 

Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, achievements, and challenges to the VP. 

Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives accordingly. 

Knowledge: 

In-depth understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics. 

Familiarity with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Knowledge of various sales channels and platforms.
