Warehouse Head

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Warehouse Management

Head to oversee all warehouse operations across our multi-location

manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing

warehouse processes, managing inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and

maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This position requires strong

leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse management principles, and

the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations

across all locations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for receiving,

storing, picking, packing, and shipping footwear products.

• Inventory Control: Develop and implement robust inventory management

systems to track stock levels, minimize losses, prevent stockouts, and

optimize inventory turnover.

• Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by managing

picking, packing, and shipping processes. Monitor and address any order

discrepancies or delays promptly.

• Team Leadership: Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing

warehouse team. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to

ensure productivity and efficiency.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to

enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and

standards. Foster a safety-conscious culture and conduct regular safety

training for warehouse staff.

• Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement warehouse

management systems (WMS) and other technologies to optimize operations,

improve visibility, and enhance data accuracy.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the warehouse budget,

monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production,

sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of

warehouse operations with overall business goals.
