Location: Remote (Preferably in Timisoara, Arad, Satu Mare, or Oradea)
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities within the assigned region (West Romania and Hungary).
- Develop new business opportunities in the dairy and meat sectors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Offer technical support and conduct product trials.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and report on progress.
- Travel extensively to meet customers in Romania and Hungary.
Qualifications:
- Sales-oriented with technical knowledge in meat and dairy.
- Experience in the food industry or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of starter cultures, enzymes, or other food ingredients is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Hungarian market of dairy and meat producers is a plus.
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English languages is mandatory.
