Relationship Manager

  • Job duties
  • Nurture relationships with public sector clients, such as government agencies and organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the Public Sector
  • Promote  and sell  financial products and services to Public Sector Clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Public Sector Clients to ensure their needs are met and to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Provide clients with financial advice and solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
  • Understand the project of Public Sector Clients and accompany them in the ecosystem where they are involved
  • Work with cross functional team to define the product and services adapted to The Public Sector
  • Responsible on the development of the strategy associated With Public Sector Clients
  • Be marketing oriented discover the needs of Public Sector Clients
  • Understand the value chain approach, collaborative network and ecosystem
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolve  issues promptly and effectively
  • Aim to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Assessing and managing risks associated with client transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Required qualifications.
  • 5 years of experience in the Public Sector, customer visit plan, banking products and services, banking operations, customer service, and customer development.
  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Public Sector’s unique needs
