Senior Analyst - SAP Compliance

Position: Senior Analyst - SAP Compliance

SAP is the most important application within organization. As a SAP Compliance Coordinator your job will be to be part of Security & Compliance team in charge of SAP platforms (ECC, BI, SRM…) and to coordinate actions with Group Information Technology – GIT (with SAP Competency Center and SAP Admin Team) and with Internal Control, Internal Audit, Group Compliance and statutory auditors.

Main Job Functions

1/ Manage procedures & policies to ensure compliance of SAP environments toward internal & external requirements (audit, laws & regulations…)

2/ Arbitrate SAP Authorizations Changes both for Business & IT standpoint to ensure adequate adherence to policies (naming convention …) and respect of Segregation of Duties principles.

3/ Animate management of Segregation of Duties – SoD (propose solutions to existing conflicts, improve SoD Risk Matrix, propose & implement new mitigating controls…).

4/ Manage the ACL (Data Analysis solution) platform: Implement new scripts on demand (either ad-hoc or on a regular basis), maintain & update existing scripts.

5/ Perform ad-hoc SAP data extraction when required by internal & external parties (yearly extractions for auditors, FEC Extraction for French tax control …).

6/ Assist the SAP Compliance Manager as a point of contact for all SAP/FCS related audits for auditors (internal & external).

Technical Skills

  • SAP background including knowledge of SAP Authorization
  • Knowledge of SAP Data Model (main business tables) and SAP Security principles
  • Good knowledge of SoD concepts and experience in SAP GRC Access Control (or equivalent solution).
  • Previous experience in ACL (or equivalent) data analysis solution and ability to create or improve existing scripts.
  • Experience, in using the main SAP modules and data analytics tools, is a plus.

Behavioural skills

  • Fluency in English mandatory
  • Good communication skills including technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to:
    effectively communicate and interact with users.
  • Ability to work in a team and multi-cultural environment.
