Обязанности:
- Предоставлять для посетилей сервис на высоком уровне
- Выявлять потребности клиентов и предоставлять информацию о продукции
- Отслеживать и достигать целей отдела продаж на ежемесячной, квартальной и ежегодной основе
- Поддерживать порядок в зале
- Консультирование, работа с возражениями и жалобами клиентов
- Работа с POS, кассовым аппаратом
- Предлагать способы улучшения продаж (планирование маркетинговых мероприятий, изменение дизайна магазина)
- Информировать покупателей о любых специальных предложениях или скидках, предлагаемых магазином.
Требования:
- Опыт работы в сфере продаж люксовых брендов, в ритейл
- Знание английского на уровне Intermediate и выше
- Презентабельность
- Желание работать и расти в международной компании
