Strategy & Performance Management Analyst

Position Overview:
 

As a Strategy & Performance Management Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data sets into actionable insights through sophisticated infographics and visualizations. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), develop analytical reports, and oversee various projects simultaneously to monitor progress, and to help drive strategic decisions and operational efficiencies. Your expertise in data analysis and project management will be vital.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall organizational performance.
  • Utilize Excel modelling techniques to develop financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in the execution of strategic plans.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Lead the design and development of interactive and visually compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using a variety of tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI and others.
  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data analysis methodologies to identify key insights and trends within datasets, and translate them into meaningful visual representations.
  • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide real-time insights into business performance metrics.
  • Regularly track and report on key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with different departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or similar roles within dynamic environments.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
