Do you have 3-5 years of experience rocking IT recruitment in the US market?
We're looking for a superstar recruiter to join our team and help us find top tech talent for our US clients.
What you'll do:
- Source, screen, and interview amazing IT candidates
- Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs
- Develop winning recruitment strategies
- Evaluate candidates and match them to perfect roles
- Negotiate offers and close the deal
- Build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of US IT recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of the US tech market
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills
- Top-notch communication and negotiation abilities
- A passion for building relationships
