Roles & Responsibilities -
To take care Financial and monetary aspect of business Dealing with consortium of bankers on daily basis To take care of all CC accounts with the banks & Effective utilisation of working capital limits To take care of all term loan accounts with the banks & arrange finance for projects & Capex Entries in Oracle Handling quarterly consortium meetings and completion of consortium documentation for additional working capital limits along-with renewal Complete documentation for short term unsecured loan and get the amount released Submission of required details to CRISIL for rating exercise and getting the rating done Customer Receipt and Supplier payment in a timely manner Preparation and submission of Stock Statement and other financial information’s as per timelines Close co-ordination with Plant operation team Stat audit & Internal audit handling on quarterly and annual basis Data preparation for statutory and internal audit Working on various options to save finance cost like EPC, PCFC, WCDL Savings calculation Cash flow and fund flow management and preparation Exploring different cost-effective finance resources Handling Channel finance and vendor finance Close co-ordination with Plant operation team Annual operating plan and forecasting for treasury function Monthly MIS preparation and reporting Oracle understanding and Oracle improvement projects Support to CFT for various ad-hoc issues and queries Data preparation for statutory and internal auditQualification -
CA Inter having 8-10 years of experience in Treasury and banking, preferably experience of working in Oracle ERP for 2-3 years
