Antal International, società multinatinazionale di ricerca e selezione del personale per profili di middle e top management, con più di 140 uffici nel mondo, è alla ricerca di figure di Consultant Junior e Senior da inserire all’interno della Divisione Finance, HR & Legal per ampliamento del Team.
Prinicipali attività del ruolo:
- ricerca e selezione di profili di middle management;
- attività di headhunting, pubblicazione di annunci, screening da database e ricerca attiva tramite canali social;
- colloqui telefonici e face-to-face;
- presentazione dei profili alle aziende clienti;
- sviluppo commerciale.
È richiesta una precedente esperienza in società di selezione o consulenza, oppure esperienza commerciale pregressa.
La buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, capacità di lavorare in team e di problem solving completano il profilo professionale.
