Join a leading global industrial group in mining - crushing and screening solutions as a Regional Field Sales Engineer. This is a regional role covering southern Romania, focusing on large customers.The position involves extensive fieldwork with a “work from the car” approach, and regular customer site visits.This role will cover the following counties: Mehedinti, Gorj, Valcea, Dolj, Olt, Valcea, Arges, Teleorman, Dambovita, Bucuresti, Ilfov, Prahova, Buzau, Ialomita, Calarasi, Giurgiu, Braila - the candidate can be located in any of these counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Drive sales and manage relationships with key customers in the southern region of Romania.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and maximize customer value.
- Reporting & Development: Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track performance, participate in training, and promote sales campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 5+ years in industrial sales, particularly in infrastructure and mining.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Crushing and Screening equipment.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Language: Advanced English and native Romanian proficiency.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Mobility: Ability to travel extensively.
