About the Role
Experience: 5-8 years
Location: Chennai
This role manages the integrity of customer data across multiple internal data systems such as CDP and internal data lake, and ensures mar-tech components seamlessly integrate with external marketing platforms such as Oracle Responsys (ESP), Monetate, Movable Ink, Bazaarvoice, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT, data teams, and channel managers to ensure data integrity and resolve issues in our marketing technology stack.
- Develop and maintain a precise marketing data dictionary, documenting attributes and dependencies.
- Utilize SQL, SAS, and Boolean logic to build and QA queries for segmentation across platforms.
- Create and manage segment-level Tableau reports using data from our CDP, data lake, and Adobe Analytics.
- Handle marketing channel segmentation requests from inception to export, working with Meta, Oracle Responsys, Google, and direct mail vendors.
- Act as the liaison between channel owners and IT, managing Jira requests and representing marketing in data-driven projects.
- Collaborate with analysts and data science team to implement AI and machine learning models in our personalization engine.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in marketing technology systems and platforms (CDP, ESPs, etc.).
- Sharp analytical prowess to decode data and trends effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering seamless collaboration across diverse teams.
- Prior experience within the e-commerce or retail realm is a definite advantage.
