A multinational company is looking for a Maintenance Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in indurties similar to Building Materials.You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all facility-related equipment and systems, you will be managing a team of maintenance technicians, planning and implementing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance operations and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition
- Experience in machines like Burners,Mixers, Mills, Crushers, Dryers, Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Packing...etc.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, policies, and standards
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support
- Plan and schedule regular maintenance tasks for equipment and facility systems
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for maintenance services and spare parts procurement
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades or replacements of equipment to improve efficiency and reliability
Requirements:
- Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a similar industry
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
