Head of Sales

Main responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Development and implementation of a sales strategy.
  • Setting up and monitoring the implementation of sales plans.
  • Analysis of market trends and adjustment of strategies.

Working with clients:

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Conflict resolution and handling of complaints.

 Analysis and reporting:

  • Preparation of regular sales reports.
  • Analysis of the department's performance and development of proposals for its improvement.

Team Management:

  • Recruitment, training and motivation of staff.
  • Development and implementation of incentive systems and KPIs for employees.
  • Cooperation with other departments:
  • Interaction with the marketing department to develop advertising campaigns.
  • Coordination of actions with the finance department on budgeting issues.

Required professional skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to negotiate and make deals.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of motivation and KPI systems.
  • Ownership of CRM systems and office software.
