Position Available:
We are seeking an enthusiastic U.S. Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Identifying, screening, and contacting candidates.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to address client staffing needs.
- Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
- Evaluating the suitability of candidates.
- Recommending top candidates and negotiating terms.
- Building strong relationships with teams and clients.
