Global Market Strategy Lead
A Leading African reinsurer is looking for a Global Market Strategy Lead to guide strategic initiatives and market strategies across its international portfolio. This key role demands collaboration with business development and underwriting teams to formulate and implement strategies that match the company’s risk profile.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global market strategy.
- Identify key markets and products; collaborate with senior management to align these with corporate goals.
- Lead the creation and execution of market and business development strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
- Oversee and report on strategy performance, adjusting plans as needed to meet targets.
- Ensure strategic alignment across departments and maintain stakeholder relations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- 7-10 years’ experience in strategy consulting, particularly in insurance and reinsurance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute market strategies successfully.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Eligibility Requirements:
