DGM Franchisee - Zonal Head (E Mobility-Banglore/Gurgaon)

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking two dynamic and experienced Zonal Heads (North + East & South + West) to lead and manage their franchisee sales operations within their respective zones. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellence across all functions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our client's reach and accelerating EV adoption in India.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the zone and lead the team towards achieving them.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Manage all aspects of franchisee operations within the zone, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize performance.
• Team Management:
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of City Heads and ground personnel.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented, and high-performing work environment.
• Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client's market presence in the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Manage and support franchisees in achieving their business objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key franchisees and other stakeholders in the region.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues.
• Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the zone.
  • Manage resources effectively to achieve financial goals.
• Reporting and Communication:
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the National Head - Franchisee and senior management.
  • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 13-15 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the franchise sector.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and the business environment.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Keen interest in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Electric Vehicle sectors.
• Willingness to relocate to Gurgaon or Bangalore (as applicable).
