Inside Sales/sales analyst

As part of a dynamic multinational company, you'll have the opportunity to engage national, regional and global collaboration. This exposure allows you to work with diverse teams, share insights, and contribute to a truly international work environment.

You’ll act across different sales channels supporting the existing distribution on actually entering and developing a high potential market. You will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Main tasks:

  • Explore market opportunities and segments
  • Classify retailers based on project requirements within existing or new networks.
  • Identify retailers offering comprehensive customer services.
  • Collaborate on planning and executing business oriented visits by pursuing specific objectives
  • Assist customers in developing sustainable business plans, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Promote and coordinate local co-marketing activities.
  • Continuously monitor KPIs to evaluate sales strategy effectiveness.
  • Prepare periodic reports and suggest corrective actions if needed.
  • Work alongside customers and sales and marketing specialists to enhance result oriented collaboration.
  • Prepare visits to partner retailers, occasionally accompanying sales representatives.
  • Efficiently plan and execute visits in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Share goals, strategies, and project progress regularly with Italy Sales Manager and Market Director/CEO (based on functional dependency).

Qualifications:

  • Proven business development experience (new business/new markets)
  • Proficient in data analysis and sales strategy formulation.
  • Project management experience.
  • smart and agile candidate with experience in business development, particularly in launching new markets, introducing new business lines, or developing business units.
  • Proven strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with adaptability to market dynamics.
  • Constancy and perseverance on achieving challenging goals.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking would be appreciated.
