Per Studio Legale specializzato nel settore NPL cerchiamo un/una:
Avvocato NPL
La risorsa si occuperà di supportare principalmente le attività di analisi legate ai portafogli sia in chiave di acquisizione che di cessione, nonché di redigere e seguire il processo finalizzato al recupero dei crediti. Nello specifico gestirà le seguenti attività:
- Gestione portafogli NPL (crediti deteriorati), Leasing bancario e attività di Due Diligence
- Contrattualistica relativa all'acquisto di crediti NPL e ad operazioni di cartolarizzazione
- Closing con le controparti, predisposizione e finalizzazione degli accordi
- Gestione e controllo della fase giudiziale successiva all'acquisto del credito
Il/la candidata ideale è un avvocato abilitato e con 2-3 anni di esperienza nel settore.
