Job Description:
- Collaborate proactively with various stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic automation initiatives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes, and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Good knowledge with data integration to various systems and Databases
- Create knowledge models, Analysis, Views and Action Flows using Celonis.
- Configure and build data models and develop custom solutions.
- Need to be proficient with SQL/PQL. Python knowledge is a plus.
- Stay updated with Celonis features and best practices to continuously improve skills and solutions.
- Contribute to project planning and estimation, provide technical insights to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation, and collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Tackle complex technical challenges, and troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications in production.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with offshore development teams, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous skill development.
