About the Role
Experience: 5-10 yrs
Location: Pune
Join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, responsible for designing, building, operating, and optimizing IT infrastructure and platforms, including Microsoft Windows Server, shared storage, cloud services, virtualization, and Windows-based applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues within virtualization, storage, Windows Server, and Windows applications.
- Manage technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SAN components, VMware, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Implement policies, procedures, and technologies for system security.
- Collaborate with teams for system reliability and scalability.
- Design and deploy new platforms, systems, and applications.
- Develop training materials and system documentation.
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, storage, and VMware.
- Expertise in Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server Core.
- Experience with SQL Server, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Batch scripting.
- Strong understanding of networking and security principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
