Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical and banking business analysis within IT project implementations.
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases or integration technologies.
- Strong ability to transform business questions into insightful briefs.
- Quick grasp of datasets and ability to support other analysts.
- In-depth understanding of business metrics and data project value.
- Proven skills in BI/DWH architecture, including data models, data integration, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to foster data-driven decision making.
- Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and IT solution architects to understand business processes and analytics needs.
- Write functional specifications and implement solutions to improve key business metrics and customer experience.
- Participate in agile methodologies for disciplined process and quick adaptation.
- Translate business requirements into technical design solutions.
- Design and test BI solutions involving databases, data warehouses, ETLs, SQL queries, reports, and dashboards.
- Analyze business requirements and their IT system impacts.
- Document and deliver solutions using collaborative tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Build and execute testing strategies to meet acceptance criteria.
