Regional Sales Head

Role Overview: The Regional Head Sales will head the Noida office, overseeing sales managers and a team of 7 service engineers. The primary responsibility is the selling of wiring harness manufacturing machines, with a focus on new customer development and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Development:
    • Drive new customer development (70% of the role).
    • Identify and engage potential clients in the wiring harness manufacturing sector.
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract new customers.
  • Customer Handling:
    • Manage relationships with existing customers (30% of the role).
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients such as Napino, BHEL, BEL, ISRO, Tejas (HAL), automotive companies, and wiring harness manufacturers.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales managers and service engineers.
    • Ensure the team meets sales targets and delivers excellent customer service.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities (e.g., JAM from Japan, Metzner from Germany, KM Digitek from Korea).
    • Develop strategies to outperform competitors and capture market share.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (BE Electronics or Electrical).
  • Experience: 10 to 15 years in the related sector, specifically in the Surface Mounting Technology sector.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
