A top employer multinational pharmaceutical company is currently looking to hire a transformational leader to manage the Oncology business unit.
Key requirements:
- +15 years of experience within multinational pharmaceutical companies
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in people management preferrably large teams
- Strong & exceptional leadership competency
- Previous experience in working on Oncology/ Hematology/ Speciality Care therapy areas is a MUST
- Hands-on experience in both Sales & Marketing
- Distributors & Key Accounts management previous &/or current experience
- Proven track record of growing the business/ sales on a country level
- New launches management experience is preferred
- Transformational leader with team-empowerment mindset
