Role details:
- Title / Designation: CRM Technical Consultant – Dynamics 365
- Position in organisation: Senior Software Engineer
- Location: Pune
- Work Mode: UK shift - 1pm to 10pm IST
Role & responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop customizations using Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Implement and configure Azure Functions to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Document technical designs, configuration settings, and customizations.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Azure Functions and integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and services.
- Solid understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skill
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
