Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP and Symfony Framework.
- Implement caching strategies and optimize performance using Redis.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in PHP, including modern PHP features and best practices.
- Proven experience with the Symfony Framework and its ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in MySQL or similar relational databases.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
