Description: A prominent company seeks a Senior Key Developer Engineer specializing in Kafka and DevOps. The role involves supporting a cutting-edge, self-service ecosystem of products and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an asynchronous messaging system.
- Provide a superior SaaS messaging solution.
- Support and enhance Kafka-based messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize and improve legacy systems.
- Participate in on-call duties and implement unit tests.
Technical Proficiency:
- In-depth knowledge of Kafka.
- Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and Kafka (Strimzi and Confluent).
- Experience with Debezium, Maven, SpringBoot, and Oracle.
- Proficiency in GitHub, Jenkins, Linux, and log aggregation tools.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Opsgenie, and ServiceNow.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
