Roles and Responsibilites-
- Strong at analyzing Information Technology needs in line with business direction from corporate leaders for translating business requirement into technology solutions to achieve the business goals.
- Establishing milestones and deliverables for all IT initiatives & service requests.
- Experienced at implementation of Microsoft ERP (Dynamic-365) Business Central.
- Handled IT –Procurement, Contracts & Vendor Management, CCTV Security & Video Conference, Barcode systems, cyber-Security etc.
- Handled troubleshooting of ERP software with Vendor Support.
- An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.
- Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems.
- Experience in handling IT in Manufacturing is a must.
- Educational Qualifications: - B-Tech/M-Tech in IT is preferable. Demonstrated track record of managing hardware & software implementations and introductions in manufacturing environment is a must.
