Our client, an international FMCG company, is seeking an HR Director based in Almaty.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing an HR strategy that aligns with business goals;
- Creating an effective talent management system, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, development, and retention of personnel.
- Developing and implementing employee motivation and reward programs.
- Shaping a corporate culture that promotes high performance.
- Managing the HR department budget.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Resolving labor disputes and conflicts.
- Advising management on personnel management issues.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in human resource management.
- Experience in manufacturing companies.
- Experience in international FMCG companies.
- English language proficiency at or above upper intermediate level.
