Manage warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispensed in accordance with ISO standards.
Receive raw materials from suppliers and finished goods from production and complete the appropriate paperwork.
Sort, organise and prepare products for shipment, maintain accurate stock records.
Ensure safety of goods and adherence to storage regimes.
Maintain the condition of the warehouse and equipment, inform when repairs are required.
Conduct safety briefings for warehouse staff.
Manage stock movements in the company's electronic system and monitor reporting.
Monitor daily performance of 3PL partners, identify and address risks.
Manage safety issues and maintain proper warehouse maintenance practices.
Train and develop team members to achieve goals on all shifts.
