Senior Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership & Facilitation:

• Take lead in agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and ceremonies.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Team Coaching & Development:

• Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.
• Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

Stakeholder Management & Teamwork:

• Collaborate with Product Team to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide transparency on project progress and performance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns promptly.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Advocate for Agile practices and principles across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Professional Scrum Master certification is a plus.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
