Funciones:
- Captarás, seleccionarás y entrevistarás a perfiles del ámbito sanitario, ámbito farmacéutico y biotecnología.
- Publicarás las ofertas en portales especializados, trabajarás nuestra base de datos interna actualizando la información sobre los perfiles e investigarás las mejores herramientas y métodos para captar profesionales.
- Defenderás y argumentarás la valía de las candidaturas presentadas ante el cliente.
- Participarás de manera activa en el desarrollo del departamento, aportando ideas de mejora y contribuyendo en los planes de crecimiento.
Requisitos:
- Disponer de formación universitaria en ADE, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o alguna carrera del sector salud.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio - se realizará prueba, siendo necesario un nivel mínimo de B1.
- Disponer de altas capacidades comunicativas y de negociación, así como facilidad en el trato con el cliente y candidato.
- Ser autónomo/a, resolutivo/a y con iniciativa.
