Job Description:
As a Site Manager, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Prepare and negotiate cost estimates and budgets.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Maintain detailed project records and reports.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
