Desde Antal estamos en búsqueda de un Técnico Laboral para un importante Gestoría situada en Reus.
CONOCIMIENTOS NECESARIOS:
- Titulación necesaria: Grado (licenciatura) en Relaciones Laborales.
- Formación específica en Administración de Personal: confección de Nóminas, Seguros Sociales, Contratos Laborales y tramitaciones en Sede Electrónica de las AAPP.
- Informática, manejo paquete Office.
- Conocimiento y manejo de sistema red, siltr@, delt@ y contrat@.
- Imprescindible conocimiento en software de gestión A3nom.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Asesoría de empresas.
FUNCIONES DE:
- Gestión de Cartera de Clientes.
- Tramitación periódica de Nóminas, Cotizaciones, Contratación Laboral de Trabajadores de los Clientes, y otras gestiones de la Administración de Personal.
- Asesoramiento Jurídico-Laboral sobre Despidos, Tipos de Contrato Laboral, Bonificaciones y Subvenciones en la Contratación Laboral.
- Planificación y Control de Resultados.
