Our client an international energy company is looking for a Legal manager based Almaty.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of M&A transactions;
- Draft and review legal documents including written resolutions, articles of association, charters, Share Purchase Agreements, non-binding offers, and Non-Disclosure Agreements;
- Conduct legal research and due diligence investigations to ensure compliance with legal standards;
- Support the legal team in preparing for negotiations and transactions;
- Maintain organized files and manage document revisions;
- Interface with stakeholders to collect and provide relevant information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal advisor within a corporate law environment, with direct experience in M&A transactions;
- Advanced proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is essential;
- Law Degree;
- Master of Business Administration (MBA): An MBA can be beneficial, particularly if the program includes a focus on corporate finance, strategic management, or M&A.
