Per una PMI nostra cliente, settore industriale, stiamo cercando un HR Manager
Il/la candidato/a ideale avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Amministrazione del personale;
- Gestione studio paghe esterno, rilevazione presenze e controllo cedolini;
- Gestione fondi e welfare aziendale;
- Contrattualistica;
- Ricerca e selezione del personale;
- Gestione Budget HR e analisi costo del lavoro;
- Gestione politiche retributive;
- Rapporti con le fililali estere.
E’ richiesta un’esperienza consolidata in un ruolo analogo, preferibilmente maturata all’interno di contesti industriali produttivi.
Ottime doti di comunicazione, flessibilità e la buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, completano il profilo professionale.
