Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the technical team.
Understand the electrical or renewable energy sector.
Provide KPIs and guidance to a team of 10 engineers.
Work mainly from the office (99%).
Occasional travel (1-2 times).
Work-from-home available in special cases.

Requirements:

Managerial and social skills.
Comprehensive technical background in electrical engineering and renewable energy (not limited to solar).
Knowledge of regulatory approvals and interaction with distribution operators.
Familiarity with ANM and current standards.
Experience in project execution and monitoring.

Annual budget: 60 million euros.
Large project execution up to 100 megawatts.
Top 3 in renewables company
