Business Head- Solar MMS

Our client's leading-edge solar structures are designed to mount any type of solar module to help you harness the maximum potential of solar energy. The client is seeking to hire a Business Head / Business Unit Head who is a dynamic and visionary leader capable of driving the strategic and operational performance of the Business of Solar Module Mounting Structure. This role is pivotal in steering the company's growth, managing the profit and loss (P&L), and leading the team towards achieving our ambitious goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to foster growth, profitability, and competitive advantage.

- Manage the overall P&L of the business unit, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.

- Lead and develop a diverse team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and vendors to support business objectives.

- Drive operational excellence across all facets of the business, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.

- Overse financial planning, budget management, and performance analysis to guide informed decision-making.

- Champion marketing and branding efforts to elevate the company's presence and market share.

- Stay abreast of market trends and adapt business strategies to maintain and enhance the company's competitive position.

- Responsible for managing costs, reporting and forecasting, workflow overviews and providing input into growth targets for the segment (MMS).

- Drive and lead initiatives to identify new and/or additional business opportunities. Anticipate customer needs by creating strong partnerships with Sales and Business Development.

- Provide proactive solutions for new business opportunities to secure revenue, profit margin, market share and customer satisfaction.

- Build customer intimacy and establish strong relationships through customer visits, analyzing business data and market trends.

- Participate in client seminars, conferences and trade shows.

- Manage capex-intensive investments to meet the agreed timeline with deliveries in order to meet Long Range Plan commitments.

- Manage initiatives and resources to meet DCF and ROI targets on schedule.

- Drives a high-performing team by managing the performance and development of team members.

- Hold team and self-accountable for results, define accountabilities and establish performance objectives and metrics to execute strategy.

- Develop and coach by providing, training, career counseling, feedback, and guidance to drive high performance and morale.
